Angelo Proestos has over thirty five years of industry and consulting experience. He has participated in and authored over 300 consulting reports for private and public sector clients. Angelo holds a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA degree from the University of Toronto. He is a registered Professional Engineer.

Patrick Moore

Vice President

Patrick Moore has over twenty-five years of experience conducting environmental policy analyses. He has extensive experience developing policy advice in the areas of waste generation, recycling, and disposal, as well as in markets for substances and products. Pat holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo.

John Cameron

Vice President

John Cameron brings over twenty five years of experience providing policy and strategic advice. He has led a wide range of investigations into costs, benefits, and economic impacts of public policies, programs, and projects. John holds a B.A. in Economics & Geography from the University of Waterloo and an M.A. in Economics from Queen’s University.

Adrian Dimoff

Senior Policy Analyst

Adrian Dimoff has over ten years of experience helping develop public policy advice for federal, provincial, and local governments. He has contributed substantially to numerous studies on (i) waste generation, management, and recycling and (ii) chemical risk management. Adrian holds a degree in Environmental Studies and an M.A. from York University.
